Custom orders are created based on information provided by the customer. By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

  • All details submitted are accurate

  • You have the legal right to use any names, logos, or artwork provided

TapGlow Charms does not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without permission and reserves the right to decline any custom request that infringes on intellectual property or does not align with our brand.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

🚚 Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is ready-made or custom. Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

TapGlow Charms is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

TapGlow Charms products use NFC technology to link to user-provided URLs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or other social media services.
