  • Standard (non-custom) orders:
    Typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Custom orders:
    Typically processed within 5–7 business days

Processing times may vary during busy periods. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.


🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.


🇦🇺 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a comparable courier service.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

TapGlow Charms is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been shipped.


📬 Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
TapGlow Charms is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, TapGlow Charms cannot guarantee delivery times but will support you where possible.
