At TapGlow Charms, each item is handmade with care. We want you to love your charm, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.
✨ Change of Mind
Because our charms are handmade and often made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
🎨 Custom Orders
Custom NFC charms are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.
This includes personalised colours, names, logos, or custom designs.
💔 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

a clear photo of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
✨ Handmade Variations
Each TapGlow charm is handmade, and minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as faults.
🔁 Returns Process
If a return is approved:

the item must be unused and in original condition

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
We recommend using tracked shipping for any approved returns.
📦 Lost or Delayed Orders
Once an order has been shipped, TapGlow Charms is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
